I am busy tonight posting pictures of dishes I've tried and the recipe.

Here's another one. I won't just tease you with another picture. I will give you the recipe this time!

Salmon with sun dried tomatoes

Ingredients:

* 4 to 5 salmon fillets
* one container of sun dried tomato sauce ( this can be purchased from Publix in the seafood department)
* 1 tablespoon of olive oil
* salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:

*Place one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat
* Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic powder
* Once oil is hot, place salmon fillets in a saute pan and cook for five minutes on both sides
*Lower heat and  pour sun dried tomato sauce on top of fillets ( it can be a little stiff when you take it out of the container. I usually nuke my in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it up)
* Cover with a lid and cook for five minutes

** Once done serve with any vegetable of your choice. I tend to cook asparagus or a nice salad with it. The best way to cook asparagus is to cut the end pieces off and rinse well. Place 1/3 cup of water in a pot along with the asparagus and a pat of butter. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Some people like their asparagus crunchy and some like it soft. Cook until is done to your desire.

Enjoy! And Yes, Vee Tried That!!!

Here's another recipe that I tried from the Pioneer Woman in the Food Network

Directions:

*In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick, egg and milk together .
*Pour mixture over chicken and vegetables. Make sure it is spread evenly because this is your crust.
* Put in the oven for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
* Let cool for 15 minutes and serve.

**You can add a salad to this for extra vegetables or it can be eaten by itself because it has meat, vegetables and bread.

Enjoy!
